Which trends and silhouettes were at the forefront of
Spring Summer ’24 collections?
There was a feeling of everything goes this season but a few themes still stood out for me…
1. A play on proportions with oversized silhouettes.
2. The 90s influence is still going strong with relaxed tailoring a key focus here.
3. Floral feminine, prints which ERDEM is a master of.
4. Clean neutrals from Tibi, Veronica Beard and JOSEPH.
5. All white looks - from suits to dresses. Sea is a go-to brand for white pieces.
6. Always denim and a blazer - look to SLVRLAKE, Tibi and FRAME.

Was there a SS24 collection that really stood out for you?
The ERDEM collection showcased feminine shapes in beautiful cotton fabrics that are perfect for European vacation or just swanning around James Street.

Tibi was also a really strong collection full of pieces that are perfect to style for work and beyond.

What are the must-have pieces you will be adding to your wardrobe this season?
My Spring Summer ‘24 wishlist is a combination of stunning printed dresses and updates of wardrobe staples - a neutral blazer, jeans with a point of different and a heel that’s just the right height for wearing through the day.

1. Etro Belted Paisley Midi Dress
2. Veronica Beard Kimmel Jacket
3. Alexandre Birman Clarita Tresse Heel
4 & 5. Andrés Otalora Villa de Leyva top and Andrés Otalora Curiti pants
6. Silvia Tcherassi Battia Dress
7 & 8. MSGM Rhinestone Embellished Shirt and MSGM Denim Cargo Pants

What is your go-to jean style for the season?
The SLVRLAKE Abby Jean.
A loose relaxed cut with pleated detailing that is still fitted around the waist and is the perfect rise - not too high and not too low. I have to stop myself wearing them everyday! We are seeing more of this jean silhouette coming through the year and it is perfect to style with an oversized blazer.

Which investment pieces should we look out for this season?
These are my top 5 picks for investment pieces that you will love season after season:

1. Tibi Python Embossed Leather Skirt
2. A great pair of sunglasses like this Bottega Venetta style
3. JOSEPH Jacques Leather Jacket
4. FRAME Le Jane Jean - perfect for a classic, straight cut.
5. A piece of Yvonne Léon fine jewellery - I adore their diamond elephant necklace.

Do you have any style muses or sources of inspiration for the season?
Elle Macpherson is a forever muse for style inspiration. I have grown up alongside her and have always respected her mix of boho and quiet luxury. She can wear jeans and a jacket just as well as a feminine, flowy dress.

I also have to mention Amal Clooney as she always strikes the right balance of looking professional but never boring. She is always appropriately dressed for the occasion and can seamlessly go between corporate, fashion and show-stopping red carpet looks.

Travel is an eternal source of inspiration and there is nothing like seeing fresh looks when you are exploring a new city to get you excited about fashion. I am constantly on the lookout for authentic street style with people that have the confidence to mix brands and create individual looks.
